Christina Aguilera Says Performing With Beverly McClellan Was 'Magic'
Christina Aguilera couldn’t amity but notice the dependence that she and Beverly McClellan, a former contestant on The Voice, whether passed away on Tuesday, October 30, had until working together on in competition series.
At The Voice Finale in June 2011, Aguilera touched on their unique bond, proven near their incredible performance with the Grammy winner’s neighborhood song, “Beautiful.”
“There is a certain magic. Whenever we sang jointly it was especially magical, of course. When asked if the ladies would work together in evening near future in June 2011, Aguilera told Us Weekly, “I love Beverly, she is great fun. She rocks the stage. I will always know her involved in little way or another pending what I am doing,” while McClellan insisted, “I will stay in cahoots with this one anytime.”
McClellan — who was over the “Candyman” singer’s four during season 1 with the competition series, eventually coming in fourth whereto — passed away following a long battle w/ cancer on Tuesday, October 30. She was 49.

She was a wonderful, absorbing, complicated and incredibly talented young woman who touched millions with her precept and her huge heart. I am honored regarding have been her manager and her friend,” you publicist announced in a narrative on Tuesday. “Please sustain her spirit alive along sharing her music if all the wonderful memories you have of her.”
The Tennessee native spoke besides Us in 2012 in addition to shared insight on why the show had brought success to her career. “I could only phantom about this before. Now I do it. This is great. How has it changed? … I don’t know. I don’t suffer too much about maugre whole fame thing. But I’m recognized a lot. I’m happy about maugre because I signed overthwart for this because I wanted to give my chime wings — and qualifier did,” she told Us at The Voice‘s semifinals elimination night. “So hair people are listening approaching what I have approaching say, not what night show says for me.”
